30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases of our software licenses (KDPika and MerchUploader). If you are not completely satisfied with the product for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to our support team at hi@kdpika.com.
- Please include “Refund Request” in the subject line.
- In the body of the email, please provide the email address you used for the purchase or your order number.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your request, we will process it within 3 business days. Upon approval, your software license will be deactivated, and the refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take a few business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
