Welcome to KDPika. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our software, including KDPika and MerchUploader (collectively, the “Software”). By purchasing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License to Use

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for its intended purpose: uploading designs and listings to the Merch by Amazon platform. You may not resell, redistribute, lease, or reverse-engineer the Software.

2. Intellectual Property

The Software and all associated intellectual property rights are the exclusive property of KDPika. This includes, but is not limited to, the source code, branding, and graphical user interfaces.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the designs and data you upload using our Software. You must ensure that your content does not violate any intellectual property rights or the policies of the Merch by Amazon platform.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided “as is.” We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including any loss of profits or data.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in France.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
